My recent order from Outlander was absolutely unacceptable. The trousers arrived wrapped in torn paper and appeared to have been used. A disgraceful standard of packaging and quality control. I tried reaching customer service via WhatsApp, but, as usual, there was no response. Apparently, taking customers’ money is a priority, but addressing their concerns is not.
This is not an isolated incident. Repeatedly, my orders from Outlander have had issues, whether with delivery, fabric quality, or the overall condition of the product. How many times are customers expected to tolerate such careless service? This consistent lack of quality control and customer support is deeply disappointing and reflects a serious disregard for customer satisfaction.
Outlander seriously needs to get its act together. Customers deserve products that arrive in proper condition and a customer service team that actually responds, not damaged packaging, questionable product quality, and complete silence when something goes wrong.
